1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinsph ("spinsph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the spinsph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

spinsph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at spinsph's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the spinsph Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active spinsph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information current at all times. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. spinsph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of breach. You must notify spinsph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Non-transferability. Your spinsph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

spinsph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the spinsph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. spinsph reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud review.
• No credit card gambling deposits. In compliance with Philippine regulations, spinsph does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes.
• Currency. All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. spinsph is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Funds ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your spinsph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

spinsph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed account verification;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• spinsph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, spinsph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account;
• spinsph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinsph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spinsph staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period;

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of spinsph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spinsph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. spinsph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinsph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spinsph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

spinsph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, spinsph may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting spinsph support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spinsph Platform shall first be submitted to spinsph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

spinsph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
